This project improved the end-to-end purchase funnel.
Analysis of behavior logs and interviews revealed that structural gaps in the persuasion flow, rather than just UI issues, caused drop-offs. By testing five key areas from login to AI recommendations, I achieved significant growth in overall conversion metrics.
